Last week marked the second week of work experience for our Employability Youths! These inspiring young individuals are filled with hope as they embark on their journey toward steady employment and success in the world of work.
Spending two weeks in a real-life work environment provides them with an incredible learning experience and valuable practice. Often, they may not know how to begin looking for a job, let alone how to thrive in one. But with preparation, mentorship, and hands-on experience, they're building the confidence and skills needed for success.
