Meet Eyam Valashiya, one of our top Guppy paddlers, who raced at the Century City Sprint Race on 1 March 2025 in Cape Town. His impressive sprint time, along with 9 other paddlers, has earned them a spot at the SA Schools Sprint Championships next week at Roodeplaat Dam. They’re already planning their epic road trip to Gauteng!
We can't wait to hear how it goes - this is a major event on the canoeing sprint calendar. Come winter, the focus will shift to longer distances and marathons.
