Baboon Dropping Tells a Bigger Story in Nature

Our Conservation Research Team was excited to see this little sprout growing from a baboon dropping, spotted by our Reserve Manager.

It might not look like much, but it’s a perfect example of how nature works together. Baboons eat fruit, move through the reserve, and unknowingly help spread seeds that grow into new plants.

It’s the circle of life, right here at Grootbos!
