Participants from the Hermanus and Gansbaai Employability groups have taken big steps toward their goals!

They’ve updated their CVs and cover letters, and had the chance to practise job interviews, all as part of preparing for Workplace Experience at local businesses in their hometowns.

Opportunities like these are vital. For many young people in South Africa, real work experience can feel just out of reach. That’s why these moments matter.

Well done to every participant taking that first brave step into the working world.
