Fiscal Flycatcher Babies Thrive
Our parting shot this week is of the fiscal flycatcher babies that were born a week ago in a nest just outside our office.
Both these incredible entrepreneurs were previously funded and mentored by Grootbos Foundation’s Enterprise team. Sinalo even received her training from another entrepreneur who was also supported by the Foundation, a beautiful cycle of empowerment in action!

It’s inspiring to see these women in business grow into confident experts who now share their skills and knowledge with others.
Pictured: Paulina, whose baking business continues to rise! With her first tranche of seed funding, she received a new stove, and with her second, additional baking equipment and stock to boost her business. By reaching her own targets, she unlocked her second tranche. Well done, Paulina!
