Our sports coaches rolled out a Menstrual Health Programme at a local primary school this week — and it was a resounding success. Using The Girls’ Guide to Growing Up, the Grade 6 girls were engaged, confident, and full of questions. The excitement spread through the whole school, with boys even asking to read the book! It’s proving to be a fantastic way to open healthy, honest conversations about menstrual health without awkwardness.
