From the sports desk:

A long-term partner organisation called Grassroots Soccer visited the Grootbos Foundation sports team this week. We look forward to working with their newly developed curricula for youth development and coach training within the Sustainable Development Goal #3 for Good Health and Well-being.

The Grootbos coaches assisted Badisa in celebrating Kuumba Care Day with an exciting Colour Run which was held in Stanford and Gansbaai last Friday.

The Canoeing Team had a great weekend at the Grootbos Environmental Centre - lots of hard training in Stanford was followed by nature immersion and fun at Witvoetskloof - great for strength and conditioning, skills training and team building.

Canoeing and hiking.

Soccer fun alongside the farm dam.
