A Festive Day at Herberg aan See!
Great excitement filled the Tea House on Wednesday as we welcomed Santa Claus!
We are thrilled to share the heartwarming story of kindness and generosity from a group of incredible ladies - Senerita Van Der Walt, Louisa Beyers-Dewet, Amie Loots, and Anne-Marie Conradie from the VLV. Their visit to Herberg-aan-See on November 13, 2023, was nothing short of a shower of blessings.
In their hands, they carried more than just toiletry bags; they brought with them a spirit of compassion and proactivity that left an indelible mark on our assisted living home in Gansbaai.
The thoughtful donation of toiletry bags is a testament to their understanding of the challenges faced by our residents during hospitalizations or ambulance transports. In moments of need, it's the little things that often get overlooked, and that's where the magic of these bags comes into play. Filled with essential toiletries, they serve as a practical and comforting gesture for our residents.
To Senerita Van Der Walt, Louisa Beyers-dewet, Amie Loots, and Anne-Marie Conradie - we extend our sincere thanks and gratitude for this beautiful initiative. Your creativity and proactivity have made a meaningful impact on the lives of those in our care, and we are truly grateful.
A special shout-out also goes to our dedicated staff at Herberg-aan-See, who were not only witnesses to this act of kindness but were also blessed with a sweet treat. Your hard work and dedication are the foundation of our home, and we appreciate you!
The ripple effect of your generosity will undoubtedly continue to touch the lives of our residents, creating a warm and supportive community here at Herberg-aan-See.
