The 30th of October 2015 was a monumental memorable day, not only for our clients aboard our whale watching vessel but for many of our crew members as well.

Dyer Island Cruises' second whale watching trip launched from Kleinbaai harbour at 13h30. Many of the clients on board the boat’s only hope was to spot the Southern Right whales, which are usually in and around our bay during June and December every year, but they were in for an amazing surprise from Mother Nature herself...

Yes, they spotted not one but two killer whales close to Dyer Island!
