Italian-style Meatballs
Bring the warmth of Italy to your kitchen with these Italian-style meatballs.

Combining unique flavour with effortless comfort, this one is made for easy family dinners. Tender pork, potatoes and warming spices are slowly cooked together for a fusion of mouthwatering flavour. A fuss-free meal that's sure to become a household favourite.
Ingredients
• 2 tbsps Oil
• 700g Pork shoulder, cubed
• 4 Medium potatoes, peeled and cut into cubes
• 1 Onion
• 2 Grated carrots
• 2 tbsps Curry Powder
• 2 Garlic cloves, minced
• 1 tsp Ginger
• Chilli flakes
• 3 cups Chicken stock or Veg stock
• 1 tsp Sugar
• Salt and Pepper
• Garnish
Method
1. Heat the oil in a pan and brown the meat. Then add the onion and grated carrot.
2. Add the curry powder, garlic, ginger and chilli flakes and season with salt and pepper.
3. Sauté for 8 minutes until the onions and carrots are done.
4. You can add small amounts of water if the pan becomes dry.
5. Add the stock, 1 teaspoon of sugar and the potatoes.
6. Let the pot simmer for 45 minutes on a low heat.
7. Serve warm with fresh garnish.
