Recycle Swop Shop
Our Recycle Swop Shop was open again yesterday (26 July 2022) after the holidays and it was a massive success! We are so proud of the children at Masakhane for collecting such a huge amount of recycling.
This initiative teaches local children about the problem with plastic and other trash and gives them an incentive to clean up in their community and recycle at home! We love giving the kids a sense of responsibility and then of course they get rewarded for their efforts by being able to pick something from the swop shop!
