Dr Arien van der Merwe and Arina Fyfer have decided to go ahead with the Resilience Training Workshop on Thursday, 26 March 2020. The information sharing and support tips included are important right now. We all need some good news about the many solutions we can implement.

Dr Arien will discuss myths, facts and practical solutions for Covid-19 and how to support your immune and respiratory systems, as well as practical stress management tips for the brain and nervous system.
