‘I am 34 years old. I came to the clinic after I realised my health was going downhill fast. I was having serious mood swings daily. I was suffering from fatigue no matter how much I slept. I had acne all over my skin and this in turn was causing confidence issues. And then on top of this, there was the weight issue - weighing more than ever had - 81.4kg. I was diagnosed with PCOS before my first child was born and I knew it was the cause of all the symptoms I was experiencing. I started the program in Aug 2016 with little faith. I was surprised at how easy the program was to follow and on top of that I suddenly learned how to cook with real food and it tasted great too! Even my boys and hubby likes the food I make.
