When Anger Becomes a Habit
Many people believe their anger simply “happens”.

Have you noticed how many times a day you are critical of yourself? From your weight, your hair, being late for an appointment, feeling inadequate, and many more. And you are not alone, most people do this.
Because other people feel insecure within themselves, just as you do about yourself, and we have learned to search for our answers outside, why would you not turn to the person next to you and dump all your criticism on them? They have already shown they are "available" for this.
When we are comfortable with ourselves and we accept ourselves, we send a message into the world that says "I am not available to be your rubbish dump."
You are unique. You are amazing. You are here to play your special role. Will you show up for yourself, and through that show up for your role? Teach people that you are loving, strong, and accepting of yourself.
