Overcoming Limiting Beliefs for a Bright Futu...
Our negative self-talk, based on past experiences, creates a minefield of potential disasters in our future.
In my daily interactions with my clients, two truths become evident:
• Many people find themselves stuck in a profession they no longer feel passionate about.
• Most people invest too much time worrying about what might go wrong.
I am also aware that not being passionate about your profession is often linked to the amount of worrying that you do. I hold a general acceptance that when we eliminate the worry, the passion often returns. Re-freshed, re-charged, creative, and motivated.
Imagine spending most of your day "working" at worrying? It keeps your mind very busy, while you run in circles. It prevents you from taking positive steps and thinking creatively. That is a day of "work" not worth doing.
Rediscover the passion if you must. Focus on the fun and reward of the work. See a challenge as an opportunity of growth. Step out of your own way, and be witness of the magic that can happen.
Are you ready to work at the work worth doing? If you are and you are not doing that, you have a choice and the power to change it. No day should feel like a day wasted.
Give me a call if you are looking to re-discovering your passion and to claim your prize of working at work worth doing. It can happen.
