True Leadership Begins When You Stop Carrying...
Leadership isn’t about doing it all - it’s about building a team that thrives.
You are climbing to the top of your mountain. You have done the work, you can feel the success in your heart, you are excited and then you run into that one person ... Never lend your ears to the fears of another person. You will buy into their limitations and you will internalise it. And when you least expect it, you will hear that little voice that "warns" you.
All coaches will tell you not to tell EVERYONE your dream or goals. You are unique with your unique vision and talents. You cannot expect an artist to have the same vision and goals as the fisherman. The secretary to have the same stamina and drive as the CEO. We might share some aspects and a few goals with others, however at the end of it all, there is not another single person on this earth who has your amazing dreams and goals.
Don't listen to the person who does not have the power to say yes to you. The person to speak to is you - you are the only person at the end of it all who can say yes or no. As long as your answer remains yes you can find a way, you can break new ground, and you can achieve your vision.
Who can stop you? Only you. Who can bring you success? You. Which side of the coin will you flip?
