When Anger Becomes a Habit
Many people believe their anger simply “happens”.
A heart filled with gratitude opens doors to abundance.
We are often too critical of ourselves, always expecting more, and never satisfied with what we have already achieved. We forget all the adversity we have successfully overcome on our path to success. In a state of self-criticism, there is no room for gratitude. Instead of focusing on our personal growth, the opportunities we have been given, and the larger role we may have played, we continue to dwell on the "lack" of our achievements. It's amazing to have had the experience, and we should recognise that.
Recognising and appreciating all that we already have allows us to welcome even more to be grateful for. Once you have cultivated a sense of gratitude, life surprises you with boundless abundance.
