Your Best Life Begins When You No Longer Need...
As we come to the end of this week's journey, I would like you to pause and reflect on where you began.
The moment everything changes... There comes a point in every healing journey when we realise something powerful: We are not feeding difficult situations on purpose. We are feeding them unconsciously. When we fear being rejected... We over-explain. When we fear being abandoned... We over-give. When we fear conflict... We avoid important conversations.

When we fear not being enough... We try harder and harder to prove our worth. In trying to prevent what we fear, we often create the very thing we were trying to avoid. Not because we are broken. Because our nervous system has learned to protect us.
The good news? What was learned can be unlearned. The moment you recognise your role, you also discover your power.
