Move from Dependency to Empowered Confidence
Sometimes the hardest thing to recognise is that the way we relate to others is shaped by how we relate to ourselves.

There is a lightness in being once anger is released.
There is a lightness within the essence of the self when we let go of the shackles of anger held in the body and mind.
It is a freedom of possibility that begins to flood us when we are no longer carrying the weight of old pain, old beliefs and emotions that have kept us bound to who we once needed to be.
Anger can become a self-destructive state. It brings pain, heaviness and tension into our lives, often affecting far more than the moment in which we express it.
And sometimes, beneath the anger, there is something much more vulnerable.
We can burst into anger in an attempt to protect ourselves - to safeguard our vulnerabilities, our wounds, our fears and the parts of ourselves we have not yet learned to express safely.
But in protecting ourselves this way, we can also begin to self-sabotage.
Our relationships suffer.
Our choices become reactive.
Our opportunities become smaller.
And slowly, we can lose sight of who we are beneath the anger.
What happens when we begin to let go?
When we release the old pains and beliefs that have limited us, we discover a new world filled with possibility.
It can feel as though a curtain has been removed.
We walk a little taller.
We think a little bigger.
We breathe more freely.
And we begin to enter each day with a sense of joy rather than defence.
Imagine waking up and choosing joy instead of anger.
Imagine no longer needing your anger to protect you.
Imagine allowing yourself to move beyond the limitations of your past and giving your greatness permission to step forward and shine.
Because there is more waiting for you beyond the anger.
There is freedom.
There is possibility.
There is joy.
And there is you - perhaps more fully yourself than you have been in a very long time.
Step in your greatness.
