Work Towards Your Goal, Not Away From Failure
Work towards your goal, not away from failure.

In letting go, you allow yourself to be.
Time to live your best life.
Anger carries an emotional heaviness with it.
Living constantly vigilant, always wondering when you may lash out, places a burden on your psyche. Over time, that burden can show itself as exhaustion, difficulty focusing, impatience and a growing sense that others are avoiding or rejecting you.
And that can lead to loneliness and sadness - to the painful feeling that you are no longer being seen or recognised for who you really are.
But this does not have to define your life.
There is a place where you can be free.
A place where fear no longer needs to show itself as anger. Where loneliness no longer has to feel like rejection. Where you can begin allowing yourself simply to be.
To be the true you.
The you who is funny.
Supportive.
Caring.
Loving.
Compassionate.
Sometimes anger becomes a protective mechanism, particularly when we feel vulnerable about showing our true selves. It can feel safer to be angry than to reveal hurt, fear, uncertainty or the need to be understood.
But what once protected you may now be keeping you trapped.
Perhaps it is time to let go of that destructive protection mechanism and step into something different - empowered ownership of yourself.
You don't have to keep living behind anger.
You can discover who you are when you no longer need it to protect you.
In letting go, you allow yourself to be.
And perhaps it is time to live your best life.
