The competition is open to South African residents only. The prize is valid for a maximum of four people. Transport costs to-and-from Gansbaai are not included in the prize and are at the winner’s own expense. The winner will be announced on Facebook and be contacted via e-mail and by telephone. The prize(s) will go to the first name(s) selected at random after the closing date. Winner will be notified within three weeks of the closing date. Details of the winner/s may be announced on the Promoter’s website and any other social media platforms. The Promoter retains the right to delay the timing of the publication of the winners of the competition. Your (the winner) trip to Gansbaai will be documented by yourself, and images will be used for promotional purposes relating to Gansbaai. These images shared on social media platforms need to include (tagging) certain tourism-related Facebook pages, that will be shared with the winner upon the notification of the prize. The winner of this competition shall be chosen in accordance with the requirements and procedures of the Consumer Protection Act of 2008.
