Mushrooms and Fun(gi) at Grootbos
Winter in the Cape means one thing - mushroom season!
We had the pleasure of hosting 50 local visitors from Stanford, Gansbaai, Baardskeerdersbos, Hermanus, and Pringle Bay for a special Grootbos Foundation Tour. Together, we shared stories of our impactful work within our local towns and communities. It was a joyous occasion, filled with meaningful connections and newfound friendships.
Our guests were treated to the breathtaking beauty of the Florilegium art collection, which allowed them to fall even deeper in love with the fynbos. Through art, we aim to ignite a shared passion for the fynbos ecosystem and encourage everyone to join us in conservation efforts.
