Sakhe Tshayela from the Grootbos Foundation’s canoeing programme in Stanford has been doing us proud at the President’s Cup!
Sakhe (2nd from the left in the photo) came 3rd in his heat and 4th in the semifinal – what an achievement! His teammate Kyle went on to win gold in the U14 200m canoe sprint. Let’s hear it for Team South Africa!
