A Wild Start to the Day: Leopard Spotted
This morning, our reserve manager received an exciting camera trap alert of a leopard sighting.
Empowering Through Waves and Water Safety
This week, our sports coaches launched the Shewana Surf Therapy programme with a new group of young women.
This special programme builds:
• Water safety skills
• Confidence and female empowerment
• Mental wellness and coping skills - all through learning to surf
Lesson One: Immersion
The first session focuses on belonging, trust, and facing fears together, one small step at a time. Every wave becomes a chance to grow.

Summer Water Safety Begins
On a water-filled note, we also kicked off our summer water safety lessons with the youth from the Butterfly Centre!
These sessions help young people learn:
• Essential water safety skills
• Confidence in the water
• Calmness and emotional well-being
Plus - they're full of fun and smiles!

Together, we are building strong minds, confident bodies, and safe swimmers, one wave at a time.
