Chess has captured our hearts and minds this week! It all started with the Grandmaster vs Local Youth Simultaneous Chess session last Friday. The excitement continued yesterday with the Freestyle Grand Slam Final at Grootbos Lodge. In a thrilling showdown, Levon Aronian defeated Magnus Carlsen, proving that freestyle chess is full of surprises and challenges, even for the most agile and strategic minds of our time. What a game!
