The Vuyo Lab from Stellenbosch University visited Grootbos this week. After finding anti-breast cancer activity in certain fynbos plants, several post-graduate students are now investigating anti-tuberculosis activity within the same selected fynbos plants that were researched for their potential action on breast cancer.
