Are you depressed?  

Did you know that diets that are high in refined carbohydrates lead to depression?  This is because a diet high in refined carbs such as cakes, white bread, white pasta, biscuits, crisps, take outs, convenience foods etc. lowers tryptophan a precursor to serotonin.  Lowered levels can lead to depression.
