Location: Gansbaai, South Africa
Dive site: Joubertsdam
Water temp: Moderate
Visibility: Moderate
Sightings: Bronze Whaler sharks, Short-tail stingrays, Cape Fur Seal
Today we had really lucky trips out at sea! Only 5 minutes after our arrival at the diving spot, we started to be surrounded by several individual Bronze whaler sharks. They stayed around the cage interacting with us for the whole duration of the diving experience. Moreover our divers today had also the opportunity to admire not only this amazing shark species but also an inquisitive and big short-tail stingray as well as a playful young Cape Fur Seal, swimming around the sharks. With many marine encounters and perfect weather conditions, we couldn't have asked for anything more! Thanks to everyone for joining us on this amazing trip!

What a beautiful day out on sea.
Overcast skies but calm conditions awaited as Slashfin launched from Kleinbaai Harbour.
We had a wonderful day out in the ocean today, filled with nothing but marine life.
This morning we had an early start to the day as strong south-easterly winds began to pick up.
