Dive site: Joubertsdam
Water temp: Moderate
Visibility: Poor
Sightings: Bronze Whaler Sharks + Short-tail Stingray
Summary: We began our day early with launching out of Gansbaai harbour, navigating around Danger Point in some rolling swells. Along the way, we enjoyed the sight of beautiful pelagic seabirds. Our divers were eager to get into the cage with the sharks! As soon as we anchored and started chumming, the first Bronze Whaler shark appeared, allowing our divers to enter the cage. We also caught a quick glimpse of a Short-tail stingray! The Bronze Whaler shark activity remained consistent throughout the day. Thank you to all our divers for joining us!
