Location: Gansbaai, South Africa
Dive site: Joubertsdam
Water temp: Warm
Visibility: Good - Moderate
Sightings: Bronze whaler sharks, Short-tail stingrays + Cape fur seal
Summary: A day of perfect conditions! An early departure for the first trip of the day led us to our dive site in the Shallows. Warm waters, clear skies and a low breeze made for a comfortable trip. The shark activity did not disappoint, with multiple active individuals passing in front of the cage, remaining with us throughout the entirety of the trip. The additional sightings of the Short-trail stingray, of which we had multiple individuals too, left guests impressed at their sheer size and grace. A great day to share with all the clients, thank you for joining us!
