Sales and Guest Host (Gansbaai)

Marine Dynamics Shark & Whale Tours is seeking a Sales & Guest Experience Representative to connect guests with the wonders of the ocean and the urgent need to protect our endangered marine species.

What the role involves:

• Host and accompany guests on their once-in-a-lifetime Marine Big 5 Tour.
• Drive donations to support critical conservation efforts.
• Act as a brand ambassador for Marine Dynamics - offering professional, energetic, and engaging service at all times.

What we are looking for:

• A natural storyteller who can connect emotionally with guests and motivate action
• Charismatic, energetic, and people-oriented.
• Proven sales experience will be advantageous.
• Strong team player, dedicated, and able to thrive in a highly dynamic environment.
• Fluent in English and at least one other language (preferably Afrikaans or German).
• A morning person with high energy and a professional appearance.
• Must have a valid driver's licence and be comfortable driving.
• Willing to relocate to Gansbaai or already based in the area.
