• Non-stick Cooking Spray

• Water, as needed
• 1 tsp Salt
• ½ cup Coca-Cola
• ½ cup Tomato Sauce
• 50ml Worcestershire Sauce
• 1 tsp Paprika
• 2 Garlic Cloves (crushed and chopped)
• 1 tsp Dried Oregano
• 1 tsp
• Black Pepper
1. Salt the short ribs.
2. Put tomato sauce, cola, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, and all spices into a bowl.
3. Whisk it all together.
4. Pour the mixture over short ribs to marinate.
5. Put it in the fridge and let it marinate overnight.
6. Cover with foil (to lock in moisture).
7. Oven bake for 60 mins at 200°C.
8. Take out of the oven.
9. Braai for 10 minutes a side. You can continue to brush with the marinade.
10. Serve and enjoy!
Pro-tip:
To make sure your ribs are tender, cook it in the oven first. Put it on the braai once done to finish it off with a nice sizzle and char.
