Creamy Dreamy Vanilla Cheesecake

Recipe: Smokey BBQ Chicken Winglets
INGREDIENTS
• 1 tbsp oil or cooking spray, for greasing oven tray.
• 1 cup smoky bbq sauce
• 1 tbsp OK housebrand white sugar
• 1 cup sweet chili sauce
• 4 tbsp dark soy sauce
• salt and black pepper, to taste
• 20 chicken winglets
METHOD
1. Mix marinade into wings and leave for 2 hours to soak in.
2. Place on tray and preheat oven to 180 degress and grill until crispy and cooked through, Should take approximately 30 minutes.
3. Limes wedges, for squeezing and chopped coriander as a garnish.
4. Can be served with chips and a fresh green salad or simply as a starter.
