Upcoming Presentation - 7 November
Join us in-person or on Zoom for John Bristow’s talk, "Experiences of a Geologist in Russia." Gather at Onrus Manor, Hermanus at 09:30 for coffee and breakfast, with the presentation starting at 11:00.
2025 Excursions Planned
1. De Kelders Caves - A half-day outing exploring stunning limestone caverns and coastal cliffs, highlighting Khoikhoi heritage.
2. Montagu and Robertson Geoexcursion - A weekend from 9-11 May, with a deep dive into the fascinating geology of the Malmesbury Basement, Worcester Fault, and more.
OGG 2025 Presentations
Topics range from diamond prospecting to the science of gold in metamorphic rocks. Check out the upcoming lineup with speakers from around the globe.
GeoCongress 2025
The University of the Free State will host this key event in June. Members are encouraged to submit abstracts.
