Ice Bath Challenge
Karlie (Revive Active Recovery Centre) and Hanru (‘Coach’) with some of our brave young Ice Bath Challenge participants and the 3 eventual winners. Well done to all that took part in this chilling challenge we think that you are all extremely ‘cool’ to say the least!
Pump and Shape Class
16 energetic women participated in Debbie’s 08:00 am Pump and Shape Class. Please note the ‘synchronised’ ponytail movement, evidently all part of the choreography. Well done ladies we love your positive spirit, energy and enthusiasm, it’s very contagious but in a healthy way!
