We're thrilled to announce a fantastic upgrade at our main dojo! PROactive Fitness, led by Mat Browne, and Overberg Karate (SA JKA), under the guidance of Sensei Ronnie Knott, have joined forces to elevate our training space.

What's New? We've installed 100 square meters of top-notch Tatami mats, providing a premium training surface for our members.
