Join Bujinkan Tori Overstrand for Classical Ninjutsu training at Hermanus Sports Club.

Tuesdays and Thursdays
17:30 - 18:30
For ages 16+

Study ancient ninja techniques and learn strategies to:

• Overcome psychological intimidation and bullying
• Defend against multiple assailants and surprise attacks
• Master striking, kicking and punching
• Train with sticks, blades, cords and projectile weapons
• Learn grappling, throwing, choking and joint locking
