Semonn began her gymnastics career at age six with artistic gymnastics, earning a spot in the High-Performance team at TUKS. After moving to Cape Town, she transitioned to rhythmic gymnastics, quickly making the Western Province team and qualifying for the South African Gym Games annually. Her dedication led to national podium finishes, and now, she’s passing on her passion by coaching the next generation of gymnasts.

Credentials:

• Level 3 Judges Qualifications
• FIG Diploma
• Registered with Overberg Gymnastics Association (OGA)
• First Aid Certification

Semmonn’s vision is to provide a safe, fun, and structured space where gymnasts receive long-term preparation for excellence while constantly growing as athletes and individuals.
