PROactive Fitness Hermanus proudly stands behind IRON RESOLVE 2025. 

We’re honoured to support this powerful GBV-awareness event hosted by Michelle Kruger, taking place Saturday, 6 December at Whale Coast Mall - 9am sharp!

Many of our well-known local female athletes will be stepping onto that competition floor, showing exactly what strength, courage and resilience look like. From truck pulls to log presses, these incredible women are ready to put on a spectacular show in the fight against Gender-Based Violence.

Let’s make a real, united effort to show up for them - and for ALL women standing strong against GBV.
