They’ll be in Hermanus for one of their epic rugby training camps and will be doing their indoor strength and conditioning training at PROactive Fitness this coming Monday and Tuesday mid-morning.

Let’s make a big effort to give these incredible local athletes a warm welcome! But while they’re training, please respect their space and allow them to focus and train in peace.
