Another Successful Strongman Contest
Congratulations to Johan Kruger for hosting yet another successful Strongman contest on Saturday at Proactive Fitness and well done to the group of strength/power athletes for taking part despite the rain; proving that strong men are both water and bulletproof. David and Johan gave the younger men a run for their money, clearly proving that with age comes both wisdom as well as strength. Some very impressive lifting was displayed by all who took part.
