Standing up for yourself is often misunderstood.

Even the situations that we end up in, that brings our greatest heartache, trigger our biggest fears, or becomes mountains of doubt, will never be a failure.
First, you had the courage to put yourself out there and dared to dream and follow up on it. Secondly, it provides you with the opportunity to form a stronger you. You now have a knowing of what you need to gain and learn, not only intellectually or practically, but even more importantly - you learn about yourself.
In my books that is never a failure. You only fail when you do not try, when you do not grow, and when you stop setting goals. From my point of view, you are a star.
