Self-Respect Over Validation
Standing up for yourself is often misunderstood.

Attitude is your approach or the way you view something - your perception - based on your outlook, your mindset, and your feelings.
When you find something troublesome, or you feel irritable, or you are angry even before you started, shift the position of your viewpoint. "Walk" to the other side and look at it again.
For a second remove the old belief, remember the lessons, and look at the presented opportunity. Does it provide you with a possibility of growth? Does it provide you with a lesson and what will you take from this lesson so you may have a better future?
Every situation will provide us with an opportunity to learn something. The question is with what attitude will you approach the opportunity?
