Overcoming Limiting Beliefs for a Bright Futu...
Our negative self-talk, based on past experiences, creates a minefield of potential disasters in our future.
Why do we experience situations as challenges? It is because the situation asks us to:
• Honour our boundaries
• Discover our self-confidence
• To value our skills and believe in ourselves
• To step up and be authentically you
• To apply our leadership qualities
• And many other possibilities
Instead we retract in doubt, fear, and anger. We lose out on the opportunity to personally grow and we start to blame the situation and the people involved - past and current.
Next time you are facing a challenging situation, ask yourself what it is that you feel in your gut? Fear, doubt or anger? Ask yourself what is the limitation of yourself that you believe in? Ask yourself, where have you mastered this in the past?
Ask yourself, if you did not hold this limiting view, what would you do now?
Now go out and do that, because your challenge is manifested, only in the story that you are telling yourself.
Are you ready to show up for yourself?
