We all desire love, kindness, financial independence, and success in our lives. I have never doubted any of my clients in this regard. However, it is equally true that we often believe we must work hard, that things never work out for us, that the world is cruel and unfair, and that we are not good enough or deserving of success. I have seen these beliefs in various combinations in my clients.
It is important to recognize the opposing forces within you that can lead to perceived failure. On the one hand, you consciously desire your goals, but on the other hand, you have programmed your subconscious with negative beliefs that can become knee-jerk reactions. If your beliefs do not support your desires, you will always fall back on them, no matter how destructive they are. Your beliefs act as the operating system for your reality.
