Many people believe peace comes from controlling anger.
Walking is proof that we mastered our fear of falling.
We only fear what we do not know. What we do not know, we have not experienced. What we have not experienced, we have not mastered. What awaits us to master is the fear of our self-imposed limitations.
Everything you have in your life today was unknown to you at some stage. There was a second where you could tell yourself this is too much, dangerous, or I am not good enough OR you could have said this is interesting, possible, and I am going to give it a go. Even the person who has mastered it would have not known or had knowledge of how to do it at some point. Remember, we all learn. The masters will tell you that they still learn every day.
