Life is an ongoing journey filled with both ups and downs. When things are going well, we tend to feel motivated, valued, loved, and abundant. However, when life takes a turn for the worse, we can quickly become despondent and lose confidence in ourselves. It's easy to forget that we are capable of overcoming obstacles and achieving our goals, especially when we succumb to limiting beliefs such as "I am not good enough."

By default, our survival mechanism is inclined towards negativity, which can make us feel helpless and like victims of our circumstances. However, it is during these challenging times that we have the opportunity to demonstrate our resilience and perseverance. We can tap into our self-belief and conviction in our passions to overcome obstacles and achieve our goals.

It's important to know yourself, your desires, and your ambitions so that you can enjoy the journey of life.
