• What is the demand like to live in the area?
• What's the growth like in the area?
• What type of lifestyle does this area offer?
• Is there anything happening in the area that may influence future value?

Points of growth, development and infrastructure changes, future council development plans, etc. in an area can be beneficial or detrimental to properties close by. Consideration should be given to these benefits or risks before making a decision.
