This morning, our reserve manager received an exciting camera trap alert of a leopard sighting.
Our Conservation Team is thrilled to see the fire lily, Cyrtanthus, sprouting beautifully after the recent fire. A true testament to nature’s resilience!

Three weeks ago, Mike captured these blue cranes dancing and showing off their moves. This week, he found an egg near the same area - a perfect symbol of hope and continuity.

Blue cranes are a real conservation success story here in the Overberg, with their numbers stabilising thanks to years of collaborative efforts.
