New Gym Building Update - 1 March 2021

Beta-fence being installed today to safeguard & limit access to our 300 s/m synthetic turf (astro) multi-sport functional training courtyard.

The side security beta-fence has already been installed this morning to prevent perimeter access between our building and the Rugby Old Boys Club (our neighbouring building).

Once Mr Spike has completed the fencing work, Synsports will return to complete laying the astroturf mid-week and our business logo will be retro-fitted into the centre of the astro which will be the final cool detail marking the completion of our outdoor courtyard towards the end of this week.

Lights are on in changing rooms and tiling work is mostly complete inside the ladies change room.

Lights all connected and working inside Cafe Bar and sliding doors installed which separate that area from our open plan gym area.

Vinyl floor sections on site will be installed in biokineticists studio, pilates studio, cafe bar, reception, admin office and our 3 beauty therapy rooms.

All of this fire retardant isotherm (thermoregulation boards) is being fitted between the building's many roof trusses and the undersurface of the roof sections to insulate us from extreme heat and cold. A VERY labour intensive job requiring much skill indeed by these men on their scaffolding.

The result of their hard labour is a neat whitewashed wood-effect ceiling above our heads which can only be appreciated once you all see it first hand one day VERY soon.
